Responsibilities

• Lead in-store operations to meet brand and service standards.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding and development of teammates.
• Plan 30 days out with Store leadership for staffing, events, and daily tasks.
• Uphold merchandising standards and delegate tasks by priority.
• Provide training and hands-on coaching; foster a respectful, inclusive store culture.
