Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with supervision and daily operations.
• Open and close the store, perform Front End and Cash Office tasks.
• Process firearms sales in compliance with state and federal regulations (where applicable).
• Uphold merchandising standards and replenish inventory.
• Coach and train teammates and promote an inclusive store environment.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies.
