Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Floating Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and assist in all store operations, including customer service, merchandising, and staff training. The role involves working hands-on in daily operations, upholding company policies, and ensuring inventory and safety standards.

The candidate should have 1+ years of retail management or equivalent education, a valid driver’s license, and a professional, team-oriented attitude to support a high-performing store

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing store operations.
• Partner with FiveStar team to provide customers with service per company policies.
• Assist in timely and thorough training of store team.
• Assist in educating store team on policies and communications.
• Ensure merchandising and adequate inventory levels and pricing signage.
• Oversee inventory control, equipment condition, staffing, and safety guidelines.
• Support store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
