Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Floating Food Service Manager to partner with the General Manager in planning, supervising, and managing operations in the food service areas of FiveStar locations. You will be responsible for communication, merchandising, customer service, food safety, storage, preparation, sanitation, supervision, and staff training.

The role requires at least 1 year of food service experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Knowledge of food service equipment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage operations in the food service area.
• Ensure FiveStar customer service as outlined in policies and procedures.

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and production guides for food preparation.
• Train and supervise staff in food service responsibilities.
