FiveStar Food Mart is seeking a Floating General Manager to oversee store operations in the absence of a permanent GM. You will lead daily activities, manage staff, ensure customer service excellence, and uphold company policies across merchandising, labor, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include training and guiding the store team, reviewing P&L and inventory, scheduling, and maintaining high standards for food service and cleanliness while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail management experience or equivalent educational background.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Team player, customer focused, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
• Basic Computer Skills.

• Manage and direct store team in the absence of a General Manager, including accounting, marketing, customer service, HR, and food service.
• Proficient in customer service, management, and food service responsibilities; hands-on in daily operations.
• Train store team and ensure policy adherence.
• Address store-level issues to ensure long-term resolution.
• Merchandise and maintain inventory levels with pricing, signage, and promotions.
• Promote the FiveStar treatment and ensure a friendly atmosphere while meeting customer needs.
• Ensure inventory controls, equipment condition, staffing, labor budget, and safety guidelines are followed.
