Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate in a retail setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and presentable.
• Team player with customer focus and reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily store operations in their absence.
• Oversee customer service, merchandising, and pricing to meet company standards.
• Help train and develop store team and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, signage, and promotions.
• Support labor budgeting and safety guidelines.
• Ensure food service areas meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in addressing store issues for long-term solutions.
• Learn and monitor P&L statements.
