Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution. You will lead the store in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures while promoting excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, maintaining store presentation, handling customer inquiries, and coaching colleagues to deliver a positive CVS experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain store operations by ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and communicating with management and crews.
