Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the store management team in planning and executing store operations and driving performance. You will lead the store in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and build consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical abilities and excellent communication. A full-time flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends, is required;

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of management and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew by directing activities and following up.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints while upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation, including weekly promotions.
