CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution. When the manager is not onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and a positive shopping experience is maintained.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and responding to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff when store manager is not onsite.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and issues per policy.
• Coordinate merchandise planning, pricing, stocking, and weekly/promotional displays.
