Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to partner with the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. This role requires leadership when no manager is onsite and a focus on safe, smooth store operations and opening/closing procedures.

As a key leader, you will supervise staff, manage customer relations, and ensure high standards of merchandising and presentation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing abilities are required.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Education: High School diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and coordinate activities.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints.
• Stock shelves and price merchandise; maintain displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
