As Manager on Duty when needed, you will open and close the store, supervise associates, manage cash handling, and safeguard assets while delivering an engaging shopping environment.

The role emphasizes merchandising, team development, and adapting to a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact at checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service and oversees store operations.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock organization.
