Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy operations and delivering strong store performance. You will supervise staff, manage sales, inventory and customer service to build loyalty and ensure a safe, compliant environment.

In this full-time role, you’ll work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and overtime as needed, and collaborate with the store team to execute plans that improve efficiency and service while upholding

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

Management of store operations and staff.
Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors.
Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
Customer service leadership: assist customers and promote CVS service culture.
