Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening/closing procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork with store management and crews, effective communication, and delivering a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of a manager and support opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew, delegate tasks, and monitor store execution to maintain service quality.
• Assist customers, handle complaints, and uphold CVS customer service standards.
