CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a productive store team, demonstrate initiative and lead by example.

Responsibilities include store management, sales and inventory control, staff training, and financial management, with a focus on customer service leadership and operational

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
