Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store and staff when the manager is not onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, delivering strong customer service, merchandising, and maintaining displays. The role requires full-time availability, with some early morning, overnight and weekend

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
Assist merchandising and presentation, price merchandise and maintain displays and stock.
