Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will drive store execution, customer service, and performance while building loyalty through proactive leadership.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead the store crew, manage scheduling, staffing and training, and oversee financial performance to support store goals. This is a full-time role with flexible shifts including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
