Job summary

This role requires strong sales and service skills, the ability to multitask, and dependable transportation to support multiple store locations within the district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and a valid driver's license while employed.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to general questions, applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with federal regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally to customers, explaining solutions and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, manage a cash drawer, and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree sign-offs.
• Other duties as assigned.
