Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store management or district offices when necessary.
• Answer inbound inquiries and process customer applications.
• Conduct outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in line with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, balance cash drawers, and assist with deposits.
