Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be a front-line ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations across the store portfolio. Responsibilities include education of customers on products, resolving issues, handling cash, processing transactions and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership and corporate as needed.
• Answer inquiries by phone and in person.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
