The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, regulatory compliance, and leadership in a retail financial services environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in sales or cash-handling roles, and the ability to multitask in an autonomous setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on product options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawer daily.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely completion of trainings.
• Maintain professional interactions and support customers.
