Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands under CNG Holdings, Inc. are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer service and regulatory excellence within our communities.

You will educate customers on product options, manage cash handling, and support operations in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with store leadership across districts. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel between stores within the district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Ability and willingness to embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to store manager or corporate when needed.
• Answer phones and respond to general questions and applications.
• Conduct outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency and cash drawer; manage deposits and cash transfers as required.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings on schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
