Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and maintain professional performance.
• Greet fans enthusiastically and deliver fan-first service on every shift.
• Meet brand standards with inventory and cash controls and oversee shift execution.
• Assist GM with hiring, training, and developing crew members and shift leads.
• Create a clean, safe, and inviting dining environment for fans and staff.
• Support local store marketing activities and competitive analysis as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork, and flexible approach to daily tasks.
