Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring top-quality service and a great guest experience. You will manage inventory, ordering, cash controls, and safety practices while training a capable team under the guidance of the GM.

You will help implement the business plan, monitor costs, and drive sales by improving average checks and visitation frequency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, meeting quality, service, and atmosphere goals.
• Complete inventory control, product ordering, and cash control accurately.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, and safety practices.
• Assist GM with executing the restaurant's business plan and monitoring P&L implications.
• Develop strategies to increase average meal checks and Fan visits through local marketing.
• Support hiring, training, and performance feedback to build a skilled team.
