Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Must be able to stand for whole shift and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and maintain professionalism.
• Greet fans warmly and provide fan-first service.
• Meet brand standards with inventory and cash controls.
• Support hiring, training, and development of Shift Leads and Crew Members.
• Create a safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members.
• Assist in local store marketing and competitive analysis as needed.
