Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years old
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one
• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts
• Proficient in English with basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations
• Run the register with speed and accuracy
• Coach and motivate team to upsell
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store
• Create and manage team schedules
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team
• Other duties as assigned
