Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, lead a small team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on every shift.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays; you will work primarily second or third shifts, manage cash handling, inventory, and merchandising, and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and store results.

Qualifications

• Open availability is a must; including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong English communication and basic math.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to learn and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and courtesy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell and meet targets.
• Hire, train, and lead a high‑performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pump area.
• Create and manage team schedules ensuring full coverage.
• Handle daily cash deposits and store financials.
