GPM Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Richmond, VA convenience store. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise a frontline team, and ensure excellent customer service on every shift.

Expect to work weekends, holidays, and typically second or third shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, and a path to store leadership as you develop through hands-on supervision and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays and likely second or third shifts.
• Must have Food Safety Certification.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• 21+ years old or older is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
