GPM Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to energize our convenience store operations and lead a team across shifts. You will support the Store Manager, run checkout, coach staff, and drive customer service with a positive attitude.

The role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, with the responsibility to manage scheduling, deposits, and store performance. A Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
