GPM Investments LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Texas convenience stores. You’ll support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a fast-paced team, and ensure outstanding customer service while managing inventory and store operations.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second/third shifts, and a path to store leadership growth. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after six months, plus weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Must have or obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and store financial duties.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
