GPM Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Open availability is a must; expect weekends, holidays and second/third shifts. Growth into Store Manager roles is encouraged, with a strong focus on sales, service, and store integrity.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Safety Certification must have or be able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy and assist customers.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, oversee store finances.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
