Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Four or more years retail experience required.
• Retail grocery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store operations during third shift in the absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Coordinate with the ASD and Store Director on store operations and staffing needs.
• Supervise staff, handle customer complaints, and ensure merchandising standards.
• Order, receive, stock, price, and merchandise products; support day-to-day store activities.
• Train Head Clerks and PICs for future promotion to Third Person in Charge.
• Assist with safety programs and hiring processes, including interviews when applicable.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational objectives.
