Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage total store operations during closing shifts in the absence of Store Director and ASD.
• Coordinate with late shift team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Oversee customer service, handling complaints and service quality.
• Help with ordering, receiving, pricing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Assist with training Head Clerks and others for future leadership roles.
