Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to meet goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivate teams and foster accountability and success.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
