Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management in planning and driving execution, while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service. You’ll lead when managers aren’t onsite and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures, worker supervision, and crew coordination.

The role emphasizes communication across teams, a strong focus on customer relations, and efficient merchandising.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management and leadership of store operations.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to execute plans.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain/price merchandise, stock shelves, and support displays and inventories.
