Job summary

• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and provides a positive customer experience.
• Keeps inventory accurate, assists with vendor deliveries, pricing, and merchandising, and supports back-office tasks.
• Acts as a liaison when management is not present and communicates tasks to team members.
