Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license is preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages store operations such as inventory, pricing, and backroom processes, including vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintains accurate sales records on registers and assists with audits and discrepancies.
• Supports displays, resets, and promotional merchandise and ensures proper signage and pricing.
