Job summary

Five Below in Lakeland, FL is seeking a part-time hourly leader who will wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and help run daily store operations. You will train associates, handle receiving and stocking, and support sales growth while maintaining cash handling accuracy and store security.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience, with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and speedy checkout experience.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
