Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly leadership role at our Florida Angel Run store. The position supports the store manager by training crew, supervising front-end operations, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

You will help recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members, open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and keep the stock room organized. A High School diploma and at least 2 years of management experience are required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
