Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store team leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and deliver the WOW customer experience. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, supervise associates, and ensure fast, friendly checkout.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. College experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service and fast checkout.
• Train crew on customer service and store policies.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floors ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Open or close store and secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Maintain store upkeep including cleaning and stockroom.
