Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure great service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, sets alarms; ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Performs store maintenance and coordinates with leadership on merchandising.
