As Manager on Duty, you lead training, onboarding, scheduling, and merchandising, while maintaining store standards and safety. This hourly on-site role starts at $16.00 per hour and requires strong communication and at least 1 year of management experience.

Qualifikationen

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff concerns.
• Helps open/close store, secures cash, and maintains setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing associate training.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs routine store maintenance.
