Job summary

Five Below Inc. seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, customer service, and associate performance in our Houston store. You will drive sales, ensure accurate displays, and maintain inventory integrity while following corporate guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and the ability to manage schedules, onboarding, and store standards to deliver a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/High School equivalent education.
• Experience leading teams and managing store operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking to improve merchandising and processes.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and seasonal updates per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising staff and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising optimization and staff performance.
