Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the store department.
• Plan and organize with guidance from the Assistant Store Manager; build plans to execute projects and tasks; delegate by priority.
• Uphold brand, merchandising, and presentation standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention standards and audit requirements.
• Support building and hiring a strong team and train associates on procedures and programs; including new teammate training and cross-training.
• As needed, perform other tasks to support the team and store.
