Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. When there is no manager onsite, you lead the store and supervisory staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, and help maintain store merchandising and displays while upholding CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
