Job summary

Walgreens in Chantilly, VA is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations in the absence of management. You will be responsible for opening/closing, cash handling, back-door deliveries, and maintaining floor and stockroom readiness for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and help with pricing, inventory, displays, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Prior leadership or retail experience and English fluency are required; PTCB certification or state pharmacy

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash duties.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as needed.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store inventory accuracy and supports pricing, displays, and basic bookkeeping.
