Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and systems start-ups.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with pricing, signage, displays, inventory accuracy, and backdoor deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness, prepare for deliveries, and support staff during shifts.
