Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and ensuring overall store performance
• Manage schedules and payroll to meet operating needs
• Develop operational action plans and training opportunities for staff
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, product freshness, and inventory controls
• Participate in interviewing and hiring of store personnel
• Ensure adherence to cash handling policies and loss prevention measures
• Support store leadership in budget and goal attainment
• Demonstrate Aldi core values and drive customer satisfaction
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Cooperate with leadership to execute merchandising and promotional plans
