Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, supervise staff, and drive store performance. You will help develop and execute action plans, manage schedules, and identify training opportunities to grow the team.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, merchandising for sales, and delivering excellent customer service while upholding company policies and safety standards. This is a full-time role with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old
