Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Monitor competitive environment and inform leadership of necessary adjustments.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Assist with stock levels and merchandising to maximize sales.
