ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Buckeye, AZ to support daily store operations and lead a team toward strong performance and excellent customer service. You will assist with scheduling, training, and implementing action plans to improve results, while maintaining store standards and compliance.

The role requires leadership, organization, and the ability to manage inventories, cash handling, and payroll-related tasks within a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Develop operational action plans and training opportunities for the team.
• Ensure store performance, profitability, and customer service objectives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and product presentation.
